  • What are the things included in our Picnic package?
    We, at Fun Picnics, try to make your experience exquisite, so just come to the venue with your loved ones and we will do the complete set-up for you. We do provide some standard items with each picnic setup but incase you need to add extra add-ons, please contact us. Standard Items include - Picnic blanket, cushions, decorated picnic table, flower arrangement, candle decor, flatware, cloth napkins, plates, placemats, wine glasses, customized letter board, linens, paper napkins, sanitizing wipes, mineral water bottle, hand sanitizer, & trash bags.

  • Do we provide food and alcohol with our picnic packages?
    No, we don't serve any food or alcohol with our standard packages except bottled water/sparkling water/juice. We have some of the best local vendors for charcuterie boards, please do let us know atleast 48hrs in advance and we can order them for you. We also provide a pick-up service for your ordered food with an additional fee of $15. Please do let us know atleast 24hr in advance the place you plan to order from so that we can make sure it is in our acceptable radius of picnic location. We recommend booking custom package for large parties which includes food. We definitely support local small business.

    Yes! You can bring your additional guest(s) with any of our picnic packages by paying extra fees which is determined on your location, theme & hours of picnic. Please inform us atleast a week before picnic day. Kids under age of 6 are not charged extra, but for 6+ kids you need to pay additional guest charges. Incase you happen to have surprise guest without prior notice, please inform us and we will try our best to accomodate, but we can't gurantee for seating or eating supplies for last minute guest.

We do appreciate clients taking care of our items and prevent spilling food or drinks on our white linens. We want our all clients to enjoy clean spotless linens.

  • What happens if Covid-19 restrictions affect your booking date?
    There will not be any penalty for covid retrictions related cancellations. We still prefer to move your date rather then cancelling, but if that's not an option, we will fully-refund your money! All our picnics will always follow Ontario Covid-19 guidelines.
